Begonia erythrophylla

Begonia erythrophylla is a cultivar hybrid from Begonia manicata and Begonia hydrocotylifolia made in Germany in 1845.

Plants are sold in 2” or 4” pots and well rooted. Leaf colour or shape may vary on each plant. Photo represents one of the plants for sale but might not be the exact plant you receive.

Begonia erythrophylla, also called beafsteak begonia, requires normal house conditions and a well-drained substrate.

I find it easy to grow, given bright light.
